1. How long is your Esthetics Program
Our comprehensive program is 900 hours, equivalent to 24 weeks.
2. Will I be able to work at Spa Utopia™?
Spa Utopia & Salon’s™ hiring practices apply equally to all candidates, regardless of where they went to school. However, an education at Utopia Academy gives you a leading edge within the industry.
3. Does microdermabrasion come with the Esthetics’ course?
Unfortunately not, microdermabrasion is an advanced facial therapy. In the future, we will be offering advanced therapies to licensed Estheticians.
4.Do I need to take additional courses to work as an Esthetician?
Once you have received your Diploma in Esthetics you will be able to practice esthetics. (Professional development is always important. Keeping up to date with industry technology and trends will complement your knowledge and technical skills.)
5. Will there be new students always joining the class?
Utopia Academy’s program is designed with levels. You and your classmates will move through the levels together, until completion of the program.
6. Can I just take the facial course?
Not at this time, Utopia Academy offers a comprehensive Esthetics Program. In the future, advanced facial therapy courses may be available.
7. Will your advanced courses be certified?
Yes.
8. Does Spa Utopia™ have an Esthetics Apprenticeship Program?
No.
